You can delete your account from the app's settings, or here with your phone number and password. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted for good
Your profile photo, and the IP addresses and browsers saved on your account
Your favorites, search history and browsing history
Your notifications and registered devices
Your sign-in on every device
What we keep for legal and financial reasons
Invoices and payments. Your name, phone numbers and email are removed from your account and kept in a restricted record that administrators and accountants can see
Your past consultations, whatever their status; upcoming ones are cancelled but not erased
Past discount requests; pending ones are rejected
Records of calls and WhatsApp messages you started with projects or developers, without your IP address
A copy of your name and number in our customer-management system, erased when you ask our support team
Ban records, if any, and sales-team notes on your contact records
Server logs, which include phone numbers and IP addresses, for security
